You will find the ID in the land register extract or on Geoportal, e.g. 146501_8.0108.27. Check the local zoning plan on Geoportalu or Warsaw city map.

What the calculator does and does not include
The calculator estimates the building footprint, required green area and approximate house size. It does not account for building lines, distances from boundaries and neighbouring buildings, plot shape, protection zones or detailed plan provisions, so the result is an estimate.
Full plot analysis
The analysis covers the local zoning plan or the chance of a planning decision, the plot's capacity and options for positioning the house. It is the best first step before buying a plot or a design.
