ARPIT studio facts

ARPIT is a family architecture studio in Warsaw, established in 1993. We design bespoke single-family houses and residences, adapt ready-made designs, design multi-family and commercial buildings, and handle the formalities up to the building permit.

We design houses in the classic style (with porticoes, cornices and rich detailing), modern classic and modern styles, including with timber and stone. You can compare the styles on one house in the style comparison on the bespoke design page.

Our office is in Mokotów, Warsaw. We design in Warsaw and the surrounding counties, with projects in Wilanów, Powsin, Stegny, Płock and Masuria, among others.

Projects are led by a family team of architects: arch. Bożena Stanisławska, the studio's founder, together with Grzegorz Stanisławski, Piotr Stanisławski and Magdalena Stanisławska. We work as a team.

There is no single fixed price. A quote is always individual, because it depends on the investor's requirements, the standard, the size and complexity of the house, the plot and the scope of work. We usually prepare the design for the building permit application within 2–3 months (8–12 weeks), depending on the complexity of the project. We prepare a free initial quote after a conversation.

Just call, email arpit.familydesignstudio@gmail.com or send an enquiry through the website form. At the first consultation we discuss the plot, your family's needs and budget, and then prepare an offer.
