ARPIT Family Design Studio has been working since 1993, and our office on ul. Nałęczowska in Mokotów is a few minutes from Wilanów. In Wilanów and Powsin we have completed projects: the Ruczaj Residence single-family housing complex, a commercial building complex and two commercial buildings in Powsin, including one on ul. Łukasza Drewny. We know the local conditions: most of the district has adopted local zoning plans, and parts of it lie within heritage protection zones, which affects the permitted form and height of buildings.
